The Moon orbits the Earth. Every millennia it orbits the Earth.
Then one day, the Moon realises that every millennia, it just orbits the Earth.
It doesn't really like the fact that it just orbits the Earth. But it deals with the fact, and continues to orbit the Earth.
A few millennia down the road, the fact remains and the Moon starts feeling restricted. Why should it orbit the Earth? What's with this orbitting of the Earth? Who wants to live forever orbitting the Earth?
It frustrates this way for the next couple of millennia.
Just goes on frustrating.
Suffocating itself with the thought.
One fine day, it suddenly notices this bright light shining from the distance.
Oh look...it's the sun.
Just to remind myself to always look at the bigger picture. Cos time and again, it's been the cause of my weaknesses. Have a good day peeps!

I'd bet that many people would rather choose to forever orbit something than to forever drift aimlessly in space.

Drifting in space has it fun too! You get to see more..... rocks!
