i DO read the papers kay...

Read the Weekend Mail (okay, more like tabloid) this morning and it headlined 'Blog-wash'...

In the article, there was this line which went "Those who called for bloggers to be monitored said blogs should only be used to share useful information, and not be an avenue to post exaggerated articles, or a place to blow your own trumpet."

and most bloggers know that half of what is blogged can't really count as 'useful information'... unless of cos they consider what they ate for lunch yesterday as useful

so i'm wondering wat will the situation be like if everyone blogged usefully. I'm thinking there'll be a whole lot less blogs online cos then, blogging will be like...writing an article or a thesis or sumthing like doing your homework. means BORING la

i can't blog usefully for nuts.

And as for the part about 'blowing your own trumpets'. I don't see why that should be a problem to anyone... Dun like, dun read la... simple as that. *snaps fingers*

"The survey also revealed that 57 per cent of the respondents wanted bloggers to be made accountable by imposing certain regulations to deter irresponsible bloggers from posting sensitive, inaccurate and false information."

I wonder if that's actually feasible. There so many bloggers and the internet is vast... can or not leh? hope they can't la, and that they won't even consider doing that...

Wonder who are the subjects in the survey... non-bloggers mostly i presume.

Then there's the emo datuk who is suspected of pepper-spraying our former PM in kelantan. haih... nothing to say la... cept that Dr. M doesn't look too good in the papers these days

(btw, emo means emotional but wit this PMS sort of feel, hard to explain la)
