Illusion-of-truth effect

This is kinda scary... apparently, if we hear a certain statement often enough, we'll start believing it. That's the illusion-of-truth effect.

Even if we believed it false at 1st, the next time you hear it, u mite think it's true =O


Do you know what this means? Warning: It means i can start planting strange but false ideas in ur heads by mentioning it a couple of times here and verbally. (omg!! application finally!)

Which means rite, the brain is a funny thing which isn't all that more reliable than the supposed 'heart'. oh well...

Went to the awesomest place today. "Loji rawatan kumbahan Indah Water Konsortium in Putrajaya"

Here is the 'shit' water that comes from ur toilet and kitchen and stuff.

Basically, they bubble air tru it to break up the shit particles and to "empower" the bacteria to digest the biological crap in it.

THen the clear effluent will flow out and into the riverssssss...

Btw, in singapore, the effluent is made into drinking water. Recycle...that's wat u do

This whole week, we have a module called "Services, client and community" which means we go around visit places apparently for educational purposes.

Yesterday went to NIOSH (national institute of occupational safety and health), quite boring la that one.

Tmr will go see a chiropractor. I wiki-ed it and discovered that it's treatment is based on spinal subluxation (!!!@@??!?@) Tho now they call it, spinal modification or adjustment =)
