Just saw MI3 today and well... for one thing, it was action all the way man, none of that, sitting around talking about the technical aspects of the mission.
Sadly, that also meant that we, the esteemed audience, din get to find out what the hulabaloo was all about (ie. to us, it was one meaningless operation albeit action packed)
I also liked that there wasn't any of those "killing James Bond in creative manner giving him chance to escape" situations. I mean, remember the last James Bond movie where they just couldn't do the simple pulling-of-trigger to kill Bond/BondGirl but had to go tru complicated stuff like laser beams n the like. helooo...
Anyway, there is one scene you really have to notice... i'll go draw it out on paint ya... as accurately as possible (harhar har)

yup, its a horrible piece of crap but the message is clear. If u can't see it, go find ur optician.
I din notice it at first then Wai Shin was like " did i see sumthing funny just now" then the scene was repeated and voila!! there it was... Tom Cruise or rather Ethan Hunt was standing under a sign of our country's not-so pride and glory... but it IS a namesake.
anyway, MI3 is worth a watch and i enjoyed it.

hmm...nah. can't be in malaysia or we'll definitely know about it.
btw, i still really love this song man... and it goes on forever here
MAS couldn't afford to pay the producers full sponsorship fees (i.e. DHL). So, I think, they must have said -
"We'll pay 50% and you can show our company's name in reverse and in a junkyard!"
What about that?
